Part-Time Licensed Esthetician – Luxury Spa

Job Type: Part-Time Compensation: 45% Commission + 100% of Tips + 10% Retail Commission Expected Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Position

Schedule Requirements

● Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

● Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

● Mondays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Must be available to arrive 15 minutes prior to each shift to prepare your treatment room and ensure an exceptional client experience. Weekend availability is required.

We offer esthetic services, massage therapy, infrared sauna, halotherapy, red light therapy, lash extensions, advanced laser treatments, and more. Position Summary

We are seeking a warm, bubbly, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness, enjoys building long-term relationships with clients, and is committed to providing an exceptional luxury spa experience.

Responsibilities

● Perform customized facials and skincare consultations

● Perform hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, and BioRePeel treatments

● Provide face and body waxing services

● Perform body treatments and spa rituals

● Perform brow laminations, lash lifts, brow and lash tinting

● Educate clients on products and treatment plans and confidently recommend home care

● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room

● Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage rebooking

● Uphold all spa protocols and standards of professionalism

● Promote yourself and actively participate in growing your clientele and business within the spa

● Deliver a luxury, five-star guest experience at every appointment

Qualifications

● Active Missouri Esthetician License required

● Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the spa or beauty industry

● Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

● Reliable transportation required

● Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

● Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

● Passionate about skincare, wellness, and customer service

● Confidence in service skills and educating clients on products and treatments

Preferred Experience

Experience with

● Customized facials

● Dermaplaning

● Chemical peels

● Hydrodermabrasion

● Face and body waxing

● Brow laminations

● Lash lifts

● Brow and lash tinting

● Body treatments

Certified lash extension artist is a huge plus.

Knowledge of Image Skincare products is highly desirable.
