Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and straight razor shaves with precision and artistry
• Deliver professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, nail art, and advanced techniques like gel or acrylic enhancements
• Apply eyelash extensions and makeup to enhance clients’ natural beauty while maintaining high sanitation standards
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
• Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance their experience and satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
• Assist at the front desk with client check-in/out processes, appointment confirmations, and retail product recommendations
• Mentor new team members in technical skills such as hair threading, color theory application, and retail sales techniques
• Manage store operations efficiently by supporting store management in inventory control and retail math calculations

Experience

• Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with expertise in hair styling, coloring (including balayage or highlights), hair extensions, and barbering techniques
