• Driving operational excellence and supporting the Salon Manager.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Cosmetology and/or Barber License is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing GREAT haircuts.
• Desire to take on responsibility, lead a team, and achieve career growth goals (Manager, Trainer, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that supports salon operations.
