• Use salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline operations efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Offer expert advice on hair care products, retail sales, and upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and managing wait times with excellent communication skills.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, color theory, makeup application, and retail sales strategies to foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current trends and techniques.
