Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare services, including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing and other spa treatments offered by the spa.
• Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, lift & tints, & brow laminations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Stay current with industry trends & new techniques.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics
• Proven experience in performing skin care treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and OSHA regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
