Licensed Esthetician – Waxing & Sugaring Specialist

Job Summary

Bee’s Waxing & Sugaring Studio is seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in professional face and body waxing and is committed to providing exceptional customer service in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.

Experience with sugaring is highly preferred. However, we are willing to provide additional training to the right candidate who has a strong waxing background and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional face and body waxing services with confidence, precision, and attention to detail.
• Perform sugaring services or be willing to complete training and become proficient in sugaring techniques.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate services based on individual needs.
• Educate clients on proper pre- and post-care instructions to achieve the best results.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and infection control in all treatment areas.
• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and creating a comfortable experience for every client.
• Recommend retail products and future services to support clients’ skincare and hair removal goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology License required.
• Professional waxing experience is required.
• Sugaring experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
