Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to address clients’ specific skin concerns.
• Conduct aesthetic procedures such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts, and botulinum toxin treatments to enhance natural features.
• Administer advanced treatments like laser skin therapy, dermal fillers, and chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain thorough sanitation procedures and ensure all treatment areas are clean and sterile in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
• Promote retail products and services confidently to meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, certifications, and techniques to continually enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of aesthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and dermal fillers.
