Duties

• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and personalized beauty solutions.
• Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or styles.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures, adhering to industry regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Upsell retail products like hair care items, makeup, nail care products, and eyelash extensions to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings via salon software, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, color theory, barbering skills like straight razor shaves, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation standards.
