Position Summary

As a Hair Stylist at Wild Oak Studio, you will provide customized hair services while delivering an elevated client experience from consultation through checkout. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, growth-minded, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and guest care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, balayage, styling, and treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services.
• Educate clients on home care, maintenance, and product recommendations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and shared salon spaces.
• Participate in team meetings, education programs, and salon events.
• Collaborate positively with team members to create a supportive salon environment.
