Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and extensions using advanced techniques such as hair threading and straight razor shaving.
• Provide expert consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Apply makeup and nail care services to enhance clients’ overall look when requested.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Upsell retail products related to hair care, skincare, makeup, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting store management operations.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair extensions application, and retail sales strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in color theory, haircutting techniques, and beauty treatments to provide innovative services.
