• Upsell retail products such as hair care, makeup, and nail care items to boost sales and enhance client results
• Assist with front desk duties including appointment booking, check-in/out procedures, and answering client inquiries
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and retail sales strategies
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in color theory, store management practices, and sanitation protocols to ensure top-quality service
