Duties

* Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions to meet each client’s unique needs. * Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to enhance overall client satisfaction. * Utilize salon software like Meevo for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking. * Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations. * Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their beauty goals while upselling suitable items. * Provide expert consultation on color theory, hair care routines, and styling techniques to educate clients effectively. * Support store management with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally. * Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques such as hair threading and straight razor shaving to foster skill development. * Manage retail math to optimize product sales and contribute to the overall profitability of the salon. *...
