Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty
• Provide professional consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques to ensure client satisfaction
• Execute specialized services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading with precision and artistry
• Manage salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales transactions
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
• Assist at the front desk with client check-ins, scheduling appointments, and retail product recommendations to boost sales through upselling techniques
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and customer service excellence

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices and sanitation protocols
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring techniques, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
