Overview

Join our team as a hair stylist/ head spa technician. At Luxy Lou's we are offering flexibility to stylists. Stations available to rent and options to build your clientele as a head spa technician. We will train as well as provide tools and products to perform head spa services. Our salon offers a private room with plumbed head spa beds, new shampoo bowls, and stations. Free parking for you and clients, complimentary beverages for clients. Complimentary booking system with gloss genius. On site laundry, free to use. As well as a dedicated break room. Salon with lots of foot traffic in and high visibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, or hair extensions to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, color theory applications, and the latest styling trends to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies

Experience

• Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques
• Strong understanding of color theory principles and sanitation practices within a professional salon setting
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
• Ability to mentor junior staff members while maintaining a high standard of customer service excellence

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
