• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies.
• Utilize salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client desires, offering professional recommendations, and upselling retail products such as hair care items and nail care products.
• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in color theory, hair styling techniques, and retail sales strategies to foster professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continually elevate the quality of services offered.

Qualifications
