We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Holds a current Massachusetts Cosmetology License ✔ Is passionate about creating beautiful results and exceptional guest experiences ✔ Has strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Is motivated to grow professionally and build their clientele ✔ Works well independently and as part of a team ✔ Maintains a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Haircutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services
• Providing thorough consultations and personalized recommendations
• Rebooking guests and recommending retail products
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and professional standards
• Contributing to a positive team culture
