What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for kids and families
• Provide outstanding customer service by listening and engaging with clients
• Recommend styles and services based on client preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Stay up to date on trends, techniques, and best practices
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient salon environment

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee cosmetology or barber license
• 3+ years of cutting experience preferred
• Passion for working with children and families
• Friendly, patient, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
