Duties

• Perform as a variety of haunted house characters, using acting skills to entertain and scare visitors in an engaging, safe manner
• Apply creative and detailed makeup designs to transform yourself and fellow actors into spooky creatures, ghouls, or monsters
• Interact confidently with guests, including children and families, providing friendly or frightening encounters that enhance the immersive experience
• Use microphones or other communication devices to coordinate with team members during performances and scene transitions
• Lead crowd interactions through public speaking, storytelling, or guided tours to increase guest engagement and excitement
• Participate in rehearsals and costume fittings to ensure character consistency and makeup quality
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards when working with makeup products and costume materials

Qualifications

• Strong acting ability with experience in theater, improv, or performance arts preferred
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences of all ages
• Experience with microphone use and public speaking to effectively interact with guests and team members
