Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precision and safety to achieve desired looks for clients.
• Manage client consultations to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and proper sterilization procedures.
• Utilize salon software such as Vagaro for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
• Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
• Assist with front desk duties including guest services, appointment bookings, and retail sales upselling.
• Stay current with industry trends in esthetic laser treatment, tattooing, body waxing techniques, and advanced skincare therapies.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in eyelash extensions, facial treatments, body waxing, hair styling, and nail care.
• Knowledge of salon management software such as Vagaro is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Experience administering injections like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided.
