Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, eyelash and eyebrow services, body waxing, and skincare.
• Administer advanced procedures such age Intervention Plus, microneedling and peels
• Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety protocols across all treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their results.
• Manage retail sales effectively by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
• Mentor and support team members in developing their technical skills, customer service excellence, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with specialized training in esthetics or related field.
• Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members alike.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a professional spa or salon environment.
