Lead Esthetician – Founding Team | High-End Medical Spa

Rejuven8 Med Spa is a brand-new luxury medical spa opening in early June, designed with intention, sophistication, and an elevated client experience at its core.

We are looking for a driven, polished Esthetician to join our founding team, someone who wants more than just clocking in and performing treatments, but to grow with a high-end brand from day one.

For the right candidate, this role offers excellent earning potential through performance, client relationships, and product and package sales.

Position Details

• $20/hour during training period (approx. first 30 days)
• Transition to $22-25/hour + additional earning potential after training
• High commissions
• Bonuses
• Full-time position / Part time position

We begin with a 2–4 week paid training and onboarding period, followed by a full-time schedule. Additional earning opportunities are available through performance-based incentives, retail sales, and client engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design treatment plans
• Recommend and sell premium skincare products and treatment packages
• Build long-term client relationships and retention
• Deliver a luxury-level guest experience
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and treatment standards
• Contribute to brand growth and client acquisition
