### Key Responsibilities

* Perform results-driven skincare treatments, including: + Signature facials + Chemical peels + Hydradermabrasion + Microneedling * Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments * Recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare products * Deliver exceptional client experiences * Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment * Assist with front desk tasks and inventory management as needed * Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention * Participate in and create social media content

### Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing aesthetic treatments
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Interest in advanced treatments, including energy-based devices

### Compensation & Benefits

• $20 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
• Tiered, performance-based bonus incentives

### Schedule

• Part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time
• Full-time hours available for the right candidate
• Weekend availability required as needed
