Simply Blissed has been serving Salem and the surrounding communities since 2007, and demand for advanced esthetics continues to grow in our beautiful, nurturing space. We’re entering an exciting new phase — expanding our services and opening an additional space next door — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

We’re seeking a Licensed Advanced Esthetician who brings both skill and heart to their craft. If you’re passionate about delivering transformative treatments like Nano‑needling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Lash Lifts/Tints, European facials, body therapies, and waxing — and you love being part of a supportive, team‑oriented spa — we’d be delighted to meet you.

As we grow, we’re looking for someone with strong initiative, a willingness to transition as our offerings expand, and the flexibility to work in both spaces as needed. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a spa that is actively evolving and innovating.

Shift Availability

We’re currently seeking coverage for:

• Tuesday - Friday: 2pm-7pm
• Saturdays: 9am–1pm or 1pm-5pm

Compensation

This position is commission‑based, with rates determined by our Class 1–3 structure and tier progression.

• Commission range: 28%–33.5%
• Additional bonus: Earn an extra 4%–6% commission when monthly service revenue exceeds the performance threshold (percentage varies by class)
