Duties

• Manage your own booth rental space, providing high-quality hair, nail, makeup, and skincare services to clients.
• Perform a variety of services including hair coloring, styling, hair extensions, barbering with straight razors, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice on hair and beauty treatments, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly in accordance with health regulations.
• Upsell retail products effectively using retail math skills to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Mentor junior team members when needed and contribute to a supportive team environment through clear communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry.
• Skilled in various beauty techniques including hair coloring, styling, extensions,bridal ,makeup application,
