• Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment following all disinfection procedures and sanitation standards.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, new techniques like hair styling innovations.
• Build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of services performed.
• Knowledge of color theory and advanced hair coloring techniques.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols in a salon environment.
• Skills in nail care, hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading are essential.
• Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary.
