Duties

• Perform a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and nail services to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Provide advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, body waxing, and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Apply color theory principles to create custom hair color solutions and perform precise hair cutting and styling.
• Offer nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art while maintaining strict sanitation standards.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to maximize their results and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following all health regulations; ensure tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use.
• Engage in upselling techniques by suggesting additional services or retail products that complement clients’ treatments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on current trends like hair styling, hair extensions, or eyelash enhancements.
• Keep detailed records of client preferences, treatments performed, and retail transactions using retail math skills for accurate sales tracking.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Cosmetologist with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
