Licensed Cosmetologist

Forrest Wellness Spa is a boutique wellness spa focused on personalized care, elevated service, and a calming, client-centered experience. We are seeking a talented, dual-licensed Cosmetologist and Esthetician to join our team as a W-2 employee.

This commission-based position is ideal for a provider skilled in facials, waxing, and/or nail services who is passionate about skin health, beauty, and building long-term client relationships.

Schedule

2–3 set days per week (provider may select preferred days based on availability and spa needs)

* Opportunity to expand to additional days as client demand and book growth develop

This is a W-2 employee position, not a 1099 contractor role. As a W-2 team member, you receive:

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments and skin analysis
• Provide professional waxing services
• Perform manicures and/or pedicures
• Maintain accurate consultation forms and treatment notes
• Recommend professional retail products and home-care regimens
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards in compliance with Michigan regulations
• Deliver exceptional boutique-level service aligned with Forrest Wellness Spa’s brand
• We may open a department for bridal or event, updos, and make up depending on qualifications of applicant
