is a growing luxury salon located in DuPont, WA, proudly we've been serving DuPont, JBLM, Lakewood, Steilacoom, Lacey, Olympia, Tacoma, Puyallup, and surrounding communities for the last 15+ years.

We're looking for a talented, passionate Licensed Hairstylist to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays, with opportunities for additional hours as our salon continues to grow. If you're passionate about creating beautiful transformations, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation

• Commission-Based W-2 Position
• Estimated Earnings: $25–$45+ per hour (including commissions and tips)
• Compensation is based on experience, service volume, client retention, and retail sales
• Potential sign-on bonus after 90 days or a guaranteed commission draw for the first 30 days

Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, coloring, highlighting, balayage, styling, blowouts, and other salon services
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend customized services and home-care products
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding salon experience
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance with Washington State cosmetology standards
• Utilize Square Appointments system for scheduling, client records, and checkout
• Support retail sales through product education and recommendations
• Collaborate with fellow stylists to create a positive, professional salon culture

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Cosmetology License
• 1+ years of salon experience preferred
• Experience with salon software preferred; training on Square provided
• Strong cutting, coloring, and styling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
