The Esthetician role

An integral member of Color Box, the Esthetician position performs a variety of treatments according to established Color Box protocols. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing experienced licensed aesthetician who will take the initiative to grow the wellness area of the business and enhance their professional growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years’ experience.

The best candidate will be retail-minded, possess strong communication skills and have a positive attitude. We require a good work ethic and to be polished and professional in both demeanor and dress. You will be responsible for promoting products and services, working to continually build schedules, and will continually grow in knowledge and skill through seminars, continuing education, and any learning opportunities. • Self-motivation and able to work independently and as a team
• Perform: Facials, Peels, Microneedling, Waxing, Brow Treatments plus..
• Sterilize, clean, and maintain equipment according to state regulations
• Educate, recommend, and prepare skin care regimens for clients
• Organize, prepare and promote beauty events
• Attend outside events to market and promote services and business
• Maintain licensing and continuing education
• Utilize time management to work within scheduled times
