Summary

We are seeking a Hospital Beauty Program Manager to lead our onsite program at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula in Monterey, CA. This is a unique and purpose-driven opportunity for an experienced licensed esthetician with makeup artistry skills and leadership experience to combine professional expertise with meaningful service. As the onsite leader in the infusion center, you will provide one-on-one oncology-sensitive beauty and wellness services to patients, as well as managing day-to-day program operations, maintaining strong hospital relationships, and supporting volunteers. You will serve as the face of Lipstick Angels within the infusion center, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects the compassion, professionalism, and excellence that defines our organization.
