Licensed Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic treatments, including HydraFacial and customized facial treatments.
• Conduct skin consultations and educate clients on treatment options and home care.
• Recommend professional skincare products based on individual client needs.
• Capture treatment photos and short videos for social media and marketing purposes (with client consent).
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Follow all sanitation, infection control, and California Board regulations.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting the continued growth of the practice.
• Provide occasional front desk support during downtime or as needed, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician License (required)
• HydraFacial experience preferred
• Medical spa experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable recommending skincare products and treatment plans
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
