Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare regimens based on individual needs and skin types.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or photo shoots, ensuring flawless results that boost client confidence.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Drive sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages that meet clients’ needs while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with active licensing credentials.
• Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and safety standards within a salon or spa setting.
