We’re currently seeking Licensed Estheticians in Caldwell Idaho to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier, efficient facial treatments following Bubbly’s signature protocols
• Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every client
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations
• Maintain clean, sanitary treatment rooms and workspaces
• Collaborate with teammates and support front desk operations when needed
• Thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based setting
• Help build and maintain our social media presence with behind-the-scenes content and/or client success stories
• Participate in promotional events and brand activations as scheduled
• Reach and maintain job-specific goals related to performance, client retention, and product recommendations

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician in the State of Idaho (or pending licensure, ready before start date)
• Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a true love for skincare
• Ability to work efficiently and cheerfully in a busy environment
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in a busy spa, salon, or facial bar
• Product or skincare retail sales experience
• Familiarity with the skincare brands we partner with and carry
