Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and motivated Aesthetician to join our medical spa team. This role does NOT include injections. You will perform skincare treatments, support daily operations, and help provide an excellent client experience. As an integral part of our med spa environment, you will utilize your expertise in esthetics, skincare, and cosmetic procedures to create personalized experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and radiant.

Duties

• Perform treatments including facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, extractions, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy
• (If trained) perform body contouring such as RF tightening, cavitation, EMS
• Conduct skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room following Texas board and sanitation standards
• Document services accurately in our system (Vagaro)
• Answer phone calls and inquiries related to aesthetic services
• Schedule and book clients within your designated work schedule
• Assist with client communication and follow-up
• Participate in trainings and team meetings

Hours

• 2-3 weekdays per week based on scheduling needs
• Availability to work one Saturday every other week
• Additional hours may be available based on client demand and business needs

Experience

• New estheticians welcome! Full training is provided : )
• Active Texas Aesthetician License
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about various procedures and products.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Interest in skincare, beauty, and the medspa field
• Experience with facials, peels, and medspa treatments
• Additional certifications (laser, body sculpting, etc.) are a plus
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus
