Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines based on individual needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document treatments, medical records, and client preferences.
• Provide expert makeup application and hair threading services to enhance clients’ natural features.
• Educate clients on skincare products, home care routines, and aesthetic treatments to promote ongoing wellness.
• Stay current with industry trends in tattooing, color theory, anatomy knowledge, and new aesthetic technologies to continually elevate service quality.

Skills

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proficiency in performing tattooing (if applicable), body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
