The Indy Facialist is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced esthetician to join our team!

We’re seeking someone who is confident behind the treatment bed, genuinely passionate about skin health, and ready to build their career in a beautiful, luxury studio environment. Ideally, you already have an established clientele and are comfortable working independently with minimal training.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician in Indiana
• 2+ years of hands-on experience preferred
• Existing clientele is strongly preferred
• Confident performing customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facial massage, waxing, and retail recommendations
• Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about continuing education
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude who truly cares about client results

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional customized facial treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations
• Recommend home care based on each client’s goals
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Complete accurate client charting after appointments
• Rebook clients and help build long-term relationships
• Assist with occasional social media content (a bonus, but not required)
