Preferred Qualifications

• Head Spa experience is highly preferred
• Experience with customized facials and skincare treatments
• Strong facial, scalp massage, and customer service skills
• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Passion for helping clients relax and feel their best
• Comfortable educating clients on home skincare and recommending retail products

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury Head Spa treatments
• Provide customized facials and skincare services
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish
• Follow sanitation and safety standards
• Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage rebooking
