Pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and performance incentives.

Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia is looking for a passionate, licensed Esthetician & Wax Specialist to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional spa experiences through professional hair removal, skincare, and beauty services while helping our clients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional waxing services using company-approved techniques.
• Perform additional services offered by the spa, including sugaring, threading, facials, body treatments, and other licensed esthetic services based on training and location.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Recommend retail products, memberships, and service packages based on each client's needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow all applicable state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Accurately document services performed and client notes.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and spa team to provide a seamless client experience.
• Meet individual service, retail, and membership sales goals.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license as required by the state in which you will be practicing.
