Position Summary

Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia is seeking a passionate, licensed Part-Time Skin Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin while delivering an exceptional spa experience, we'd love to meet you.

Our Skin Specialists provide customized skincare services, educate clients on home care, and recommend products and memberships that support long-term skin health. Whether you're an experienced esthetician or newly licensed, we provide paid training and ongoing education to help you grow your skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services, including facials, body treatments, chemical peels (where licensed and trained), and other esthetic services offered by the spa.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend treatment plans based on individual skincare goals.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and post-treatment care.
• Recommend retail products, memberships, and service packages that meet clients' needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Meet individual service, retail, and membership sales goals.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Follow all applicable state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Accurately document client services and treatment notes.
• Collaborate with the front desk and spa team to create a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license as required by the state in which you will be practicing.
