The Loc Spa is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, experienced Cosmetologist or Esthetician to help lead the growth of our Head Spa and Wellness Division.

This is more than a service provider position. We’re searching for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences, enjoys taking initiative, and wants to play an active role in building and shaping a growing department.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and body waxing services
• Deliver luxury Head Spa treatments using The Loc Spa protocols
• Educate clients on scalp health, wellness, and home care
• Recommend retail products that support clients’ treatment goals
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment
• Assist with daily salon operations and workflow
• Help oversee scheduling, inventory, and treatment room readiness
• Support training and coaching of future Head Spa team members
• Collaborate with ownership to improve systems, client experience, and operational efficiency
• Contribute ideas for expanding and growing the Head Spa division

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license
• Experience performing professional waxing services
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Passion for wellness, beauty, and luxury client experiences
• Comfortable working independently while also leading a team
• Open to learning new techniques and treatment protocols
