Position Summary

ELE'VI Skin and Medical Aesthetics is seeking a passionate, skilled, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. The Esthetician serves as a key member of the team by providing professional skincare treatments, patient education, treatment planning support, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical and aesthetic knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping patients achieve their skincare and wellness goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include

*Patient Care and Treatments*

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial treatments, and other esthetic services within scope of practice.
• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on patient goals and skin conditions.
• Educate patients regarding skincare routines, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain detailed treatment records and documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems.
• Monitor patient progress and recommend ongoing treatment plans as appropriate.
• Assist providers with aesthetic procedures and patient preparation as needed.

*Patient Education and Product Recommendations*

• Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and treatment plans.
• Recommend skincare plans that support treatment outcomes and long-term skin health.
