### Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional esthetic services, including facials, lashes, waxing, IPL treatments, and more (depending on qualifications).

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups.

- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.

- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to sanitation protocols in the treatment area.

- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, client-focused environment.

### Qualifications:

- Current esthetician license in Washington.

- Experience in lashes, facials, waxing, and/or IPL preferred (training can be provided).

- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
