Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate skincare products and upselling services to enhance their experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as advanced laser treatments, and continuing education opportunities.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician with active licensing credentials.
• Proven experience performing facial treatments
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion procedures is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control protocols, and safety standards in a spa or salon setting.
• Experience utilizing EMR systems for client documentation and appointment management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
