Position Summary

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on maintaining healthy skin, and recommend personalized treatment plans and professional skincare products. You will play an important role in creating a positive client experience while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

● Perform professional esthetic services within your California scope of practice, including:

○ Customized facials

○ Dermaplaning

○ Light chemical peels

○ LED light therapy

○ Microdermabrasion

○ Hydrofacial

○ Other non-medical skincare treatments

● Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.

● Educate clients on home skincare routines, treatment options, and post-treatment care.

● Recommend professional skincare products to support treatment outcomes.

● Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.

● Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and compliant with California health and safety regulations.

● Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment.

● Assist with client intake, treatment preparation, and follow-up care.

● Stay current on skincare trends, products, and advanced treatment techniques.
