Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend tailored skincare routines and product recommendations based on individual needs
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment notes using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff, adhering to infection control standards
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and infection control practices in a spa or clinic setting
• Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with valid licensing
• Skilled in body waxing.
• Ability to educate clients effectively about skincare routines and product recommendations
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote retail products confidently
