Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual skin types and concerns.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and retail items to enhance client results.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve service quality.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards essential for esthetic procedures.
• Formal training in cosmetology or esthetics with valid licensure as a Licensed Esthetician.
• Experience operating EMR systems for accurate record keeping of treatments and client information.
