Duties

• Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion to meet individual client needs.
• Perform face waxing and other beauty services with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend suitable products and treatments.
• Maintain strict infection control and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document treatments and client progress.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health.
• Assist in sales efforts by recommending retail products aligned with clients’ skincare goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in esthetic treatments.
• Proven experience performing esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, laser treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of color theory, makeup application techniques, and skin anatomy is highly desirable.
