Responsibilities

* Evaluates guest skin concerns, recommends appropriate treatments, maintains a clean and calming treatment environment, supports retail sales, and ensures each guest receives thoughtful, professional, and results-oriented care. All services must be performed within the provider’s scope of license, training, certification, and The Spa at Willows Lodge protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in esthetics.
• Proven experience performing a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends including new theory, treatment techniques, and product innovations.

Pay: $43.00 - $82.00 per hour
