As a small but growing spa, we all pitch in — so our team members often help with reception, laundry, table turnover, scheduling, and other duties beyond core treatments.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with at least 1 year of experience in a spa or salon environment to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in delivering excellent skincare and spa services, is flexible, and is willing to assist across spa operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetician services (facials, skincare treatments, etc.) according to spa protocols and client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards (treatment rooms, equipment, workspace).
• Assist with laundry and spa supplies.
• Help with table turnover between massage/other spa services.
• Assist with front-desk tasks when needed: booking clients, answering phones, scheduling, guest check-in/out.
• Work collaboratively with massage therapists, front desk staff, and other team members.
• Provide friendly, professional, guest-focused service that aligns with the spa’s brand and values.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana esthetician license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon or spa environment.
