What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with clients in a professional treatment room
• Demonstrates ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele
• Strong consultation skills with the ability to create customized treatment plans
• Proficient in recommending home care and retail products that support client results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and teammates
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about ongoing education and personal growth
• Eager to receive feedback, coaching, and continuous skill development
• Strong time management and ability to maintain treatment room standards
